Internet Access Speed
Netkiosk can organise the highest speed Broadband Internet connection for our kiosks and hotspot with fastest internet plan available for the area. It is possible to arrange a downstream speed for our kiosks and workstations of a minimum of 1.5 and a maximum of 24 Megabits per second on an ADSL 2+ service (where available).
Service and Support

Netkiosk has an employed and dedicated service team based across Australia, which have an excellent reputation for promptness, efficiency and reliability.
Our network is monitored remotely and faults are notified automatically to the service team as soon as a problem is encountered. Most problems can be fixed immediately by the service team from our base without the need to travel out to the site further minimising downtime.
When we do need to service our terminals and kiosks, as we serve locations such as front line airports and top level hotels, it is a requirement that our service team are well presented and professional in their operation. All service staff are directly employed by Netkiosk so we can control the quality of workmanship.
Maintenance and Parts
Netkiosk will provide all parts, carry out all maintenance and our solutions experience the lowest levels of downtime in the industry.
Software
Netkiosk uses a customised award winning software package that is recognised as the industry standard. Additionally the following features give the venue the highest level of security and functionality that ensure the system continues to run as it should:

Multiple Payment Methods
Netkiosk terminals can be calibrated to accept payment by the customer in three different ways:
1. Coin
Customers go direct to the kiosk at pay direct cutting out the additional transaction process.
2. Credit Card
Customers go direct to the kiosk at pay direct cutting out the additional transaction process.
3. Code System
Customers are required to go to reception and pay a staff member, then get the code and then enter the code into the Netkiosk Terminal to gain Internet Access.
Insurance
Netkiosk fully insures the Internet solution and importantly provides the venue with public liability insurance on the kiosks.
